Lounge Policy

Welcome to the lounge at Mission Cannabis Club, where you can relax, socialize, and enjoy your favorite cannabis products. To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all guests, please review and adhere to the following lounge policies:
1. Age and Valid Identification:
- The lounge is open to adults aged 21 and older. All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for age verification.
2. Cannabis Consumption:
- You may only consume cannabis products purchased from Mission Cannabis Club on the same day as your visit. Sharing or trading cannabis products is not allowed.
3. Alcohol and Tobacco:
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. Please discard any alcoholic beverages before entering the lounge.
- Smoking or using tobacco products, including cigars, cigarettes, spliffs, and nicotine vaporizers, is not permitted in the lounge.
4. Cannabis Use Etiquette:
- Please be mindful of others when using cannabis products. Avoid overly strong odors and excessive smoke.
- Use provided ashtrays and containers for disposing of used products, such as joints and ash.
5. Vaccination Requirements:
- The lounge is only open to fully vaccinated individuals with proof of vaccination. While in the lounge, you are not required to wear a mask.
6. Prop 65 Warning:
- Products sold here may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm. Please consume responsibly.
7. Lounge Behavior:
- Be respectful and considerate of fellow lounge guests and staff.
- Refrain from engaging in disruptive or offensive behavior.
- Do not monopolize lounge resources or seating for extended periods.
8. Lounge Access:
- Access to the lounge is subject to lounge capacity limitations. In case of full capacity, we may implement a waitlist or time limits to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the lounge.
9. Cleanliness:
- Help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment by cleaning up after yourself and disposing of trash appropriately.
10. Security and Safety:
- Our lounge is equipped with security measures for your safety. Please follow staff instructions during any emergency or security-related situations.
11. Membership Program:
- Consider joining the Mission Cannabis Club Membership program for exclusive benefits, such as goodie bags, product storage in the lounge, and access to the newest products.
12. Feedback and Concerns:
- Your feedback is important to us. If you have concerns or suggestions, please share them with our lounge staff or management.
13. No Solicitation:
- Solicitation of any kind, including the promotion of products or services, is not allowed within the lounge without prior authorization.
14. Compliance with State Laws:
- All guests are expected to comply with California state laws regarding cannabis use and related activities.
15. Changes to Lounge Policies:
- We reserve the right to update lounge policies as needed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Updated policies will be posted within the lounge.
16. Lounge Entry Requirements:
- Before entering the lounge, please acknowledge the following conditions:
- While you are in the lounge, you may only consume what you have purchased from Mission Cannabis Club on the same day as your visit.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. Please discard any alcoholic beverages before entering the building.
- Tobacco is not to be used or smoked in the lounge, which includes, but is not limited to, any tobacco cigar wraps, spliffs, cigarettes, or nicotine vaporizers.
- The lounge is open exclusively to fully vaccinated individuals with proof of vaccination. While in the lounge, you are not required to wear a mask at any time.
- PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: Products sold here may contain and/or produce chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and/or other reproductive harm.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
