Exploring Cannabis Consumption Methods
From flower to vapes to topicals — a breakdown of the most popular methods.

One of the best things about legal cannabis is the variety of consumption methods available. Whether you prefer the classic experience of smoking flower or want something entirely different, there's an option for everyone.
Flower (smoking).
The most traditional method. Offers immediate effects and the full flavor profile of the strain. Available as pre-rolls or loose flower.
Vaporizers.
Heat cannabis oil or flower without combustion, producing a smoother inhale. Vape cartridges and disposable pens are convenient and discreet.
Edibles.
Food and beverage products infused with cannabis. Effects take longer to onset but last much longer. Great for those who prefer not to inhale.
Concentrates.
Highly potent extracts like wax, shatter, and live resin. Best suited for experienced consumers looking for stronger effects.
Tinctures.
Liquid extracts taken under the tongue (sublingually). They offer precise dosing and relatively fast onset without smoking.
Topicals.
Creams, balms, and patches applied to the skin. They provide localized relief without psychoactive effects — ideal for pain and inflammation.
