Edibles offer a smoke-free way to enjoy cannabis, but dosing and timing work differently.

Cannabis edibles are one of the most popular product categories — and for good reason. They're discreet, convenient, and offer long-lasting effects. But if you're new to edibles, there are a few important things to keep in mind.
Start low, go slow.
The golden rule of edibles is to start with a low dose (2.5–5mg of THC) and wait at least two hours before taking more. Unlike smoking or vaping, edibles are processed through your digestive system, which means effects take longer to kick in — typically 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Duration matters.
Edible effects last significantly longer than inhaled cannabis, often 4–8 hours. Plan accordingly and make sure you're in a comfortable setting.
Types of edibles.
From gummies and chocolates to beverages and mints, there's an edible format for every preference. Some products use nano-emulsion technology for faster onset times.
Store them safely.
Keep edibles in their original child-resistant packaging and store them away from children, pets, and anyone who might mistake them for regular treats.
